Pricing and payment

How the packages are priced and what the payment paths actually mean.

Because the work is built to make a business look more credible, feel more modern, and convert more confidently. This is not a cheap template flip. It is a premium custom build shaped around trust, clarity, and the way a small business actually sells.

The one-time path is best for businesses that want to pay upfront and fully own the website after final payment and handover. The subscription path is best for businesses that want a lower upfront cost, ongoing support, and a managed website experience over time.

The standard one-time structure is 50% due at signing and 50% due at delivery or handover. The final proposal confirms the exact scope and payment terms before work begins.

Qualified mockups

How the qualified mockup process works and what it is meant to do.

A qualified mockup is a visual concept for the direction of the website. It is meant to show layout direction, design tone, and how the site could present the business more credibly. It is not a live build, a full coded site, or unlimited free work.

No. Qualified businesses can receive a free mockup in 48 hours after discovery and qualification. The goal is to reduce buying risk for the right projects, not to give away full implementation before an agreement exists.

Ownership

Who owns what and when ownership transfers on each path.

On the one-time path, ownership transfers after final payment and handover. On the subscription path, ChargedUp owns the project until the full term is completed or the site is bought out. Ownership then transfers at that point.

If a subscription ends early, buyout is required. That is because the lower upfront entry point is tied to the managed term and the ownership structure behind it.

Timelines

What to expect around discovery, build timing, and launch speed.

Qualified mockups are positioned as a 48-hour concept after discovery and qualification. Full build timing depends on scope, content readiness, approvals, and whether the project fits CHARGEDUP, SUPER CHARGEDUP, or CUSTOM.

Content responsibility

What you need to provide and where we can help shape or migrate content.

We can help shape and refine messaging, but clients should expect to provide the real business details, offers, proof points, images, and operational information needed for the site to be accurate. Migration or content upload help can be added when needed.

Subscriptions

How the managed path works, what it includes, and how buyout or cancellation works.

The subscription path includes hosting, maintenance, basic edits, analytics reporting, local SEO basics, forms and booking support, and support access. It is designed for businesses that want the website actively managed rather than handed off and forgotten.

Support and maintenance

What support is included and what counts as a basic edit.

Basic edits are changes that do not alter the site structure and only affect on-site content or business data. That usually means things like text swaps, image swaps, updated hours, updated contact details, small link changes, or simple CTA updates. New pages, structural redesigns, advanced integrations, and major functionality additions are not basic edits.

The one-time path includes launch support, a short support window, bug-fix coverage, and a handoff. The subscription path includes ongoing managed support as part of the active term.

Existing website concerns

What happens if you already have a website, domain, or content to work around.

That is common. We can redesign an existing site, improve the structure, migrate usable content, and replace the current look with something more polished and conversion-ready.

Yes. We can work with what you already have when it makes sense, or move the project into a cleaner setup if the current environment is holding the site back.
